Labels must include the brand name, product type, alcohol by volume, country of origin for imported products, manufacturer or importer name and address, production batch number, volume and, for drinks under 7% ABV or packaged in plastic or paper containers, the expiration or bottling date.
Health warnings must be printed on the largest outer surface of the container in characters at least 2.65 mm high and wide with colours that contrast with the background【51375278739263†L374-L381】.
Select one or more of the following warnings: “Drinking too much is harmful to health,” “Do not drink and drive,” “Drinking too much harms you and others,” “No alcohol for those under 18,” “Short‑term binge drinking can cause death,” or other approved statements. High‑proof spirits (60° and above) must also display a flammability warning.

Alcohol advertising and promotional materials must display health warnings occupying at least 10% of the advertising space as a continuous, independent area. The warning text must cover at least half of this area and use colours that contrast with the background【942343925293102†L179-L184】.
Video advertisements must show the warning throughout the entire broadcast; audio‑only advertisements must clearly state the warning.
Content must not depict under‑age drinking or suggest that alcohol consumption leads to social, professional or sexual success, and must avoid exaggerated or misleading claims.
